Abstract

Jessner lymphocytic infiltration is a disease characterized by a histopathological lymphocytic infiltration presenting with papules and plaques. The disease is diagnosed with biopsy via histopathologically showing the cutaneous lymphocytic infiltration. A 49-year-old male patient presented to dermatology outpatient clinic with redness and swelling in both ear lobes. The dermatologic examination showed erythematous, edematous and soft papules in the left post auricular region and in both ear lobes. The skin biopsy applied on the lesion revealed CD3 (+) T lymphocytes and the patient was diagnosed with Jessner lymphocytic infiltration. We present this case due to fact that bilateral Jessner infiltration in the ear lobes is a rare pathology.
